You are the Sales expert; we are solely a property management company and do not perform sales as many property management companies do.  We do not dabble in sales, we let you be the expert in the sales field.  We are not in competition for a client, relationship, or any sales transaction.

When you refer a client to us, you can be assured that we will refer that client back to you when they are ready to sell or purchase.  We do not take our referrals lightly.  We understand that you have built strong relationships and trust with your clients; and we want to maintain and protect what you have built and continue that level of service, and expectation.  We will treat your client and their property with the utmost care and professionalism and return them to you once they are ready.
